Indeck Power Equipment Company, was founded in 1960 and is the first of the Indeck Group of Companies.  Indeck Power Equipment Company  manufactures, sells, leases or rents watertube packaged boilers, high temperature hot water generators (HTWGs), firetube boilers, specialty boilers, and rental equipment. Indeck Keystone Energy, located in Erie, Pennsylvania, specializes in industrial, solid fuel and waste heat recovery boilers.  Indeck Keystone designs and engineers larger modular packaged boilers rated up to 1,000,000 PPH and 1,800psig (operating).  In addition, Indeck Keystone is also the technology center for package boiler, HRSG, waste heat boiler and stoker fired solid fuel boiler designs to meet the needs of utilities, power plants, industrial manufacturers and petro-chem plants.  Indeck Keystone also oversees upgrades, modifications, performance studies, design improvements and system retrofits.  Typical fuel sources utilized are natural gas, oil, biomass, waste heat applications and solid fuels applications.   Both Indeck Power and Indeck Keystone maintain a comprehensive OEM spare parts inventory and 24-hour availability to facilitate plant operations.

Indeck Boiler Company is the manufacturing arm of Indeck Power Equipment Company.  Located in St. Hyacinthe, Quebec.  Indeck Boiler has access throughout North America via barge or rail.

Indeck Energy Services develops, owns and operates electric generating and biofuel projects.  Indeck Energy’s portfolio includes cogeneration and utility scale electric generation developments consisting of 3,000 MW internationally and ethanol and biodiesel facilities representing 755 million gallons per year production.  Indeck Ladysmith, a subsidiary of Indeck Energy, is an operating wood pellet production facility.  Indeck Ladysmith manufactures a premium grade wood pellet fuel to be used for industrial and utility co-firing and alternative home heating.  Currently Indeck Energy is developing natural gas electric generating facilities for long term electric sales as well as utility scale solar PV.
